I’m a product designer based in coastal Maine with 14+ years of experience designing complex systems and turning ambiguity into products people can trust.

I’m currently Director of Product Design at Proof, where I set product direction while staying close to the work, building tools used daily by tens of thousands of law firms.

I believe good design should make work feel lighter. Clear structure, thoughtful defaults, and calm interfaces reduce stress and help people move forward with confidence. I bring optimism, care, and strong judgment to the teams I work with and the products we build.

I redesigned how thousands of law firms track their serves

Proof connects law firms with process servers nationwide, but clients had no visibility into their jobs - they'd message support for status updates. I led the redesign of Proof's entire client experience, transforming a fragmented workflow into a clear, self-serve platform where firms can track attempts, download affidavits, and manage their serves independently.

I designed the task system that ops never had

Proof's ops team had no task system. Specialists "babysat" jobs - 15-20 tabs open, watching each one, jumping in when something needed attention. I designed Teams, Roles, and routing logic that gave 70+ specialists clear ownership for the first time, becoming the foundation for enterprise support, performance tracking, and every ops initiative since.
