At Proof, I lead product design across a platform used by thousands of law firms. I set direction and quality standards, stay close to the work in a player-coach role, and partner closely with product and engineering to ship thoughtful, durable solutions. I’m at my best when there’s ambiguity on the table and a real problem to solve.

We transformed a fragmented, confusing workflow into a clear, transparent experience that gives clients confidence in what’s happening, what’s been tried, and what comes next—reducing support burden and protecting retention.

Scaling operational accuracy through smart automation
To reduce risk and scale accuracy, I partnered with product and operations leadership to turn complex legal rules into simple, guided workflows that automate compliance during service delivery. By standardizing decisions that previously relied on tribal knowledge, we improved reliability for clients, supported expansion into new jurisdictions, and freed teams to focus on resolving real issues instead of interpreting policy.

Building the foundation for faster, more consistent product delivery
I led the vision and adoption strategy for Proof’s custom design systems across web and mobile, enabling faster delivery and higher quality across five engineering squads. Our approach centers on real product needs; components are created, documented, and adopted as they drive impact in live work, resulting in stronger consistency, less rework, and a shared foundation that lets teams focus on solving harder problems well.
